Dear Le Thuc,
I just want to tell you that we enjoyed our tour very, vey much. The van and the driver were perfect, the boattrips were perfect, the hotels were perfect, the meals were perfect. And the guide, mr. Khoa, must be one of your best guides. He knows so much about Vietnam and the Vietnamese people. Also as a person we like him very much.
Thank you again. We will surely recommend your company to others who will visit Vietnam.
Kind regards,
Rudy Steenbergen

Dear Mr Le Thuc
Thank you very much for organising a wonderful trip to Vietnam for our party. We all had a great time, despite some early morning starts!. Most of the bikes were reasonably good but all could have done with a drink bottle holder.
Our guides and drivers too were outstanding especially Quyen who took care of us during our time in the North. It was good that the guides had flexibility in planning the route to take us down some quieter and more interesting routes. Overall we had a fun and varied experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Sihncafe to our friends. Thanks you very much again for our awesome trip, Kind regards, Catherine McKellar

Dear Ms Huong Tina
Since 7 weeks we are back home and have good memories from our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia.
We enjoyed our trip. We found a new world, wonderful sceneries, nice peoples and good food.
The organisation from your side was excellent, all the dates and reservations were correct, and we never had any delays.
Despite that we do not have any complains, let us still make some suggestions for the future :
- For the organisation of our journey we had somme lengthy contact over the internet.
I found it very convenient to communicate with you.
Therefore I was somehow disappointed when visiting your office I was told you are out of office.
It would have been nice to make a personnal contact, who knows what will be in the future, will one come back or not.
With a personel contact, it would always be easier.
- If we would have to rate the guides you gave us, with 1-10, (10 the best rating) it would look as follows
North part ( Hanoi, Halong ) |
Mr. Vy – Cell phone :
+84 904622454 |

South Part ( Hochiminh , Dalat , Phan Thiet, Chau Doc ) |
Mr Dzung

- Both tour guides with the ratio 10 did not only know their job, they were also great personalities.
- The categories of Hotels in general were good, with some exceptions:
- Rex 4, compared to the other Hotels, the room in the old section was not acceptable we had to change to the new section.
- In Dalat it would have been nice to have a reservation in the Sofitel instead of the Novotel.
- The Hotels: Sofitel-Hanoi, Phan Thiet-Novotel, Hue – La Residence, Phnom Penh- Amanjaja and Siem Reap – La Residence Angkor had been excellent.
- The selection of Golf Clubs and Resorts was very good.
- The boat trip on the Bassac was one of the highlights.
We hope that our remarks could give you some help for the future.
We have some Golf-Friends who are interested for a similar trip, they will contact you direct.
I gave them our itinerary with the suggestion of some Hotel changes as mentioned above.
Please accept our remarks as a suggestion to further improve your good service.
Best regards, and good luck for the future
Walter Wuersten

Subject: Feedback on our tour
Hi Thanh,
Just wanted to drop you a line and say that my wife and I had a fantastic time on our tour that we had with your company. The tour guides were friendly, helpful and informative and all other dealings with representatives from your company were great.
However, there was one exception and I'm writing this email and we were never given a feedback form to complete for Nha Trang. The tour guide (Hoa - I believe his name was) was quite unhelpful and his English was extremely poor - for example unable to tell me where some bars or restaurants were!! Additionally, the two restaurants that he had organised for us were the worst that we experienced on the tour and the one he took us to at the Fishing Village was a disgrace (my wife and I didn't even eat).
Sorry but I feel that it is necessary to provide this feedback as our experience in Nha Trang with the representative (the tour guide) from your company was not consistent with our otherwise excellent time on our tour.
Again, thank you for organising a wonderful holiday for my wife and I and we our even our friends may see you again sometime in the future.

Dear Ms. Chi,
Here we are back in Germany and I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time in Indochina! The organization could not have been better! All the guides and drivers were very, very nice and we had no problem at all! The guides were all very informative; not only explaining about all the sights but also letting us know about the "every day life" of the people. We had a fantastic time and it will be a trip we will remember. The guides could all speak very, very good English (especially Ms. Thao in Hue - a very, very nice girl).
Thank you so very much for organizing the trip. I will definately recommend you to all people I know who want to travel to Indochina.
Hoping to book a trip with you next year,
Best regards,

Hello,
I am writing to tell you what a wonderful trip we had. VietnamOpentour-Sincafe did more than I could have ever ask for. Everything worked like clockwork. All of our tour guides were wonderful. Our drivers were exceptional. Our tours were so interesting. The food and accommodations were totally over the top. Please except my most grateful thank you. The upgrade you gave us in hotels was really an added bonus. We got to see and do so much I am still reeling. Again, I want to say that your planning and thoughtfulness was a big part of the success of this trip. If I could grade the whole trip it would be an AAAtttt. Thanks again. I am dreaming of my next trip and will keep in touch.
P.S. I love Vietnam-Cambodia-Laos
Your Friend with much respect,
Mary Susan

Subject: Our Tour
Dear Ms Chi
We returned from our tour a week ago after a 2 day delay because of
Bangkok problems.
However I am writing to tell you that we were very impressed and happy
with your organisation of our trip. The tour worked out very well, we
were met at airports as planned and checked in at hotels by your
guides. They were well organised and very helpful and eager to please.
They seemed to be knowledgeable, (we occasionally had difficulties in
understanding their English), but on the whole very acceptable.
The hotels in Laos were a bit disappointing, the Novotel not up to 4*
standard. In Luang Prabang Sala hotel we certainly DID NOT get a room
with the Mekong River view. We had a very dark room on the ground floor
with the view of a wall of the house next door. Otherwise the hotels in
Vietnam and Cambodia were very good indeed.
Anyway, thank you for the very nice tour which we enjoyed. We will
gladly recommend you to our friends and acquaintences, and who knows,
we might even return to Vietnam again one day.
Kind regards
Brenda Ekman |
